TabTrade.com - What Traders Should Know

The Broker - What It Is

TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

His background tells you something. It suggests the founder has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is broad.

The Software

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Two major platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you have used MetaTrader previously, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is there for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That will make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your real cost can sit under half a pip. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.

Should you care? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. The point is the infrastructure is there. That says what kind of broker this is.

Put together those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

Now, the part that matters. TabTrade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But factor into your assessment.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.
